Rapid PCB Prototyping with the circuit board plotter LPKF ProtoMat S104

The LPKF ProtoMat S104 structures single or double-sided printed circuit boards, drills holes for through-hole plating, mills individual panels from the base material and can manufacture multilayers with up to eight layers. The high-speed spindle makes it particularly suitable for high-end applications in the HF and microwave range.

The Protomat S104 operates with a speed of up to 100,000 rpm, a maximum travel speed of 150 mm/second and a resolution of 0.5 μm particularly fast and precise. This ensures the accuracy required for drilling and milling very fine structures.
